Job Description

Twixor is looking for a mid-level to senior Inside Sales rep, who will help develop and execute on the sales strategy for our next generation platforms (Twixor AIM & Twixor Compute). This is an outbound sales role, focused on the global market, and a key contributor to the strategy and growth of the company. The ideal candidate has successfully worked in a B2B inside sales role (smiling & dialing, relationship building, appointment setting & lead generation) and is excited about helping contribute to a fast-growing B2B startup in a space that is growing exponentially. We are looking for someone with experience in B2B SaaS, process automation and channel centric digital customer experience platforms, and familiar with selling AI/ML/NLP/Chatbots technologies.

Job Responsibilities

  • Phone outreach to executive/senior-level buyers, setting appointments and interacting with our target prospects
  • Prospect & qualify sales leads, account and contact research handling aspects of lead generation
  • Collaborate with Sales to plan outreach strategy
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Solutions to understand and present differentiators, and conduct short product demos
  • Utilize additional social channels as needed to prospect leads
  • Document all pertinent customer information and conversations into our CRM database
  • Meet or exceed KPIs
  • Maintain a full pipeline of qualified sales leads

Job Requirement

  • 1+ years of B2B inside sales
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
  • Proficient with CRM and sales enablement tools
  • Comfortable with technology, with an ability to switch between different industries
  • Desire to innovate and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, in writing and orally
  • Experience working with cross functional teams
  • Nice to Have: additional language skills helping address global markets
  • Nice to Have: prior experience working with growth stage companies in B2B SaaS / Messaging
  • Nice to Have: exposure to low-code technology platforms, in industries like Banking, Healthcare, Retail and others
  • Location: Bangalore or Chennai, India
  • Notice Period: 30 days or Immediate
