Role: Enterprise (Global) Sales Manager
Job Description:
Twixor is looking for a mid-level to senior Enterprise Sales Manager, who will help drive sales and revenue growth for our next generation platforms (Twixor AIM & Twixor Compute). This is a sales role and is a key contributor to the strategy and growth of the company. The ideal candidate has successfully worked in B2B sales (prospecting, finding deals, building long-term relationships, negotiating contract terms, and on-boarding customers) and is excited about helping contribute to a fast-growing B2B startup in a space that is growing exponentially. We are looking for someone with experience in B2B SaaS, process automation and channel centric digital customer experience platforms, and familiar with selling AI/ML/NLP/Chatbots technologies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting, understanding requirements, conducting custom demos, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts and on-boarding customers
- To exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets by selling into enterprise accounts
- Meet and exceed sales targets by directly closing target business accounts
- Develop a strong sales pipeline, focused on the different verticals and/or geographies
- Understand client needs and requirements, across different stakeholders
- Accurate account and pipeline management with forecasting
- Collaborate with Solutions and Pre-Sales teams to work on client pursuits
- Document all pertinent customer information and conversations into our CRM database
Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B and enterprise product sales
- Comfortable with technology, with an ability to switch between different industries
- Demonstrated track record achieving sales growth
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
- Proficient with CRM and sales enablement tools
- Desire to innovate and strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, in writing and orally
- Experience working with cross functional teams
- Exposure to dealing with global clients and C-level buyers
- Nice to Have: prior experience working with growth stage companies in B2B SaaS / Messaging
- Nice to Have: exposure to low-code technology platforms, in industries like Banking, Healthcare, Retail and others
- Nice to Have: prior training on established sales techniques.
