Job Description

As a Marketing Head, you will work to develop and drive the vision for the company, product, and marketing initiatives. You’ll be leading all product marketing responsibilities and strategies. You will be working in close collaboration with our CEO and other executive leaders in product, engineering and customer success. We are looking for a bright and talented, marketing leader who has the ability to both think big, while rolling up their sleeves to get things done and move with agility to achieve their goals. The person hired should have a deep customer focus as well as an established track record in product marketing for Conversational digital automation on channels (WhatsApp, etc) & BOTs, SaaS, AI/ML, and Customer Experience Solutions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Define the marketing strategy that will support our goals to drive revenue and increase brand awareness in global markets
  • Work closely with sales teams to craft account-level marketing plans for top strategic accounts
  • Responsible for creative strategy and briefs to internal creative teams and external agency partners.
  • Drive a cohesive brand strategy including positioning, messaging, targeting, and tactics.
  • Analyze customer data to identify new opportunities, strengths, and weaknesses
  • Develop fresh campaign and program approaches to break into new markets
  • Develop sales enablement by creating solution briefs, customer-facing presentations, demo scripts, email templates, and battle cards.
  • Take care of the creative development and publication of a wide range of product-related marketing material from writing blog posts, thought leadership pieces, case studies, conducting webinars to conveying our products specs to our customers and partners
  • Support in all outbound marketing efforts and help to develop collateral, pricing strategy, sales materials, and market analysis, working closely with other teams
  • Follow and analyze market trends to position product

Job Requirement

  • Nice to Have: Experience in vendor management and negotiating
  • Nice to Have: Open to travelling, to meet customers or attend conferences
  • Nice to Have: Prior experience working with growth stage companies
  • 8+ years in a B2B / SaaS marketing leadership role, with experience hiring and managing high performing teams
  • Experience breaking into new markets with a strong competitive landscape
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate across several stakeholders including sales, subject matter experts, services, and product marketing
  • Experience in a product marketing role in product-based companies
  • Strong Industry connect
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, in writing and orally
