Technical Business Development Manager

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting via Cold Calling, generate qualified leads of potential clients and partners
- Manage all potential leads in CRM and handle the sales lifecycle
- Reach out to potential new opportunities and setup demo calls with the sales team
- Document all requirements as defined by clients
- Support digital marketing team and lead generation team to convert leads into accounts
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events to generate leads, as required
- Prepare sales collateral, including proposals
- Gather competitive intelligence and new product/service ideas, share market insights with the team
Skill Set
- Must have at least 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in selling technology sales and software products
- Should have had a proven track record of achieving BD targets
- Strong communication skills and ability to build partnerships, presentation & convincing skills
- Persistent in following up with prospective clients and organized to keep clear and detailed records
- Exposure and knowledge of local as well as international market competition, different products (preferred)
- Domain knowledge in any of bfsi, logistics, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, FMCG, travel (preferred)
